Sintas.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
• Any decisions made based on simulation outcomes.
• Interruptions, errors, or data loss in the service.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Important: Sintas.AI simulations are for educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional emergency response training.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Sintas.AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will provide notice of significant changes via the platform or email.
8. Governing Law
